He has published numerous books and articles on real estate development, urban growth, development regulation, infrastructure financing, and real estate finance. He holds a PhD in land economy from Cambridge University. David Hamilton is a professor of real estate finance and development at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and the chief operating officer of Geobarns.
