Prozac Diary by Lauren Slater
When Lauren Slater began to take Prozac, her neuroses disappeared and she began to lead a "normal" life. Then her former self suddenly returned. She increased her Prozac dose, but never regained the euphoria. This is her account of living with a controlled, but ultimately incurable, mental illness.
