Dr Nicky Hayes is a Chartered Psychologist, a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and an Honorary Life Member of the British Psychological Society. She is an experienced teacher and examiner who has taught psychology for over twenty years, and has written several books, including "Foundations of Psychology", and "Team Management: a Guide to Success". Nicky has academic qualifications in both Psychology and Education, and was awarded the British Psychological Society Award for Distinguished Contributions to the Teaching of Psychology in 1997. Her PhD was on the social psychological aspects of organisational cultures, and her current research interests are in social representations, the social psychology of organisations, and the psychology of interactive museum exhibits.
