Marcella Bakur Weiner is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and former faculty of the Training and Research Institute in Self Psychology (TRISP). A prolific author and Doctor of Philosophy and Education, she has written or contributed to twenty books and sixty articles and appeared on major national television and radio shows. Currently, Dr. Weiner is adjunct professor at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City where she maintains a private practice. Paul C. Cooper is a training committee member and faculty member at the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis; faculty member at the Institute of Expressive Analysis and on the Board of Directors of the Center for Spirituality and Psychotherapy. He is in private practice in New York City and is a member of the Zen Studies Society. His award-winning articles and book reviews have appeared in various psychoanalytic journals and popular magazines.Claude Barbre is Associate Editor of theJournal of Religion and Health, and Executive Director of The Harlem Family Institute where he is a child and family psychotherapist. He is also Director ofOpenings, a pastoral training program sponsored by Episcopal Social Services and Adjunct Professor of Psychology and Religion at Manhattan College.
