Dr Paul Behrens is Lecturer in Law at the University of Leicester. He has taught constitutional administrative law and international law at the Leicester School of Law and the Nottingham Law School for several years. Dr Behrens has previously worked at the Institute of European Law at Birmingham University, the Committee Office of the House of Lords and the Institute of Constitutional, Administrative and Ecclesiastical Law at the University of Erlangen, Germany. In addition to his academic publications, Dr Behrens has written articles for several British and German newspapers, including the Financial Times Deutschland and the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
