Eugene T.Gendlin, Ph.D. is a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. is a psychology professor at the University of Chicago. He was the editor of Psychotherapy: Theory, Research, and Practice for many years. He was named the first Outstanding Professional Psychologist of the Year by the American Psychological Association's Psychotherapy Division at 1970 for his contributions until experiential psychology. David Kleinberg-Levin taught in the Humanities Department at MIT from 1968 to 1972, when he joined the Department of Philosophy at Northwestern. Disclosive hermeneutical phenomenology is at the center of his work, which he applies in novel ways to themes and difficulties in aesthetics, clinical psychology, moral philosophy, and critical social theory. He is the author of Hölderlin's Question of Measure after Heidegger: Gestures of Ethical Life.
