Kids will laugh-out-loud at Paige Braddock's funny, endearing art and dialogue. (She also cleverly never shows "our human," the animals' owner, as anything more than a pair of hands or unintelligble speech balloons.) This is a wonderful story about friendship and acceptance, with the funniest combination of pets to ever hit the page.
Jane's World, the first gay-themed comic to be nationally syndicated online, was created by Eisner-nominated Paige Braddock. A Lambda Literary Award finalist was a 20th-anniversary compilation of the revolutionary comic. She also serves as the Chief Creative Officer for Charles M. Schulz. Schulz Creative Associates and has worked on multiple PEANUTS children's books as an illustrator. The Stinky Cecil series (Andrews McMeel) is one of her other children's graphic novels.
