Ian Whybrow is the author of many popular books, including three about an exuberant dog called Sniff, Little Pig's Book of Badness and, for Walker, Holly and the Skyboard. Quacky Quack-quack!, his first picture book, was shortlisted for the Smarties Book Prize. He is married with two daughters. Russell Ayto was shortlisted for the Mother Goose Award for the most exciting newcomer to the world of children's book illustration for Quacky Quack-quack!. His other picture books include The Baby Bird; Lazy Jack; Mrs Potter's Pig; Herbie Monkey; and the Goalbusters books, two titles in Walker's new Starters series for young readers. He is married and lives in Oxford.
