"Readers of this review, wether educators, students, practitioners or managers seeking the same goal should acquire this book as quickly as possible

Students, practitioners and managers need to get this book ordered for their academic training or workplace libraries; social work educators and researchers need to buy their own copies as soon as possible. This is a recommendation without reservations." - Pat Cox
