Jacky Smith (nee Gunn) has run the Guinness-World-Record-winning fan club and been part of the Queen team for forty years to date. Born in Oxford, she now lives and works from a home office in Surrey. Jim Jenkins has been a Queen fan since the beginning and is the go-to Queen expert. He has written sleeve notes for Greatest Hits albums as well as video sleeve notes, and has been involved in various Queen-released projects over the years.
