Hunter Lewis is the author of six books, as well as countless magazine, newspaper, and online pieces, in the subjects of economics and morals. Are the Wealthy Necessary? is one of his best-selling books. Lewis co-founded Cambridge Associates, LLC, a global investment firm whose customers include renowned research universities, philanthropic organizations, and families. He graduated from Harvard University. He has served on the boards and committees of fifteen non-profit organizations, including the World Bank and environmental, teaching, scientific, and cultural organizations.
