I have been using this textbook for 8 yearsThe authors understand that every teacher is a teacher of reading, will have to deal with struggling readers, and should have good strategies to help them reach every student. Reading and Learning to Read is a very thorough book that covers most of the content for students who will be teaching in early childhood or elementary settings or who will be reading specialists.
