Dr. Robert Zembroski is a specialist in functional medicine, clinical nutritionist, and transformational speaker. Twenty-four years in private practice enabled Dr. Zembroski to become an expert in health topics from heart disease, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and hormone-related issues. Years ago, Dr. Zembroski's own diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma led to several courses of toxic chemotherapy, as well as surgery, to remove a five-inch tumor from his chest. Through the use of nutritional support, targeted supplementation, and other lifestyle modifications, he is not only cancer-free, but has returned to excellent health. That experience inspired him to create the Cancer Victor Protocol(R)-a research-based parallel set of steps that augments the function of chemotherapy and radiation treatments while reducing their toxic side effects, allowing the person to stay active and engaged in life. Currently, Dr. Zembroski is the director of the Darien Center for Functional Medicine in Darien, Connecticut. He lives in Wilton, Connecticut, with his wife and enjoys pursuing his passions of skiing, biking, hiking, and motorcycling.
