The Rebutted Presumption by James Bowers Johnson

The Rebutted Presumption is a clear examination that reveals why Americans are not liable for the federal income tax. It shows how and why Americans become U.S. persons with a liability for this federal excise.
A native of the Commonwealth of Virginia, James Bowers Johnson grew up in the Shenandoah Valley. His has four children: Cory, Heather, Timothy and Emma. Mr. Johnson was graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French. He was a Distinguished Military Graduate with a Regular Army commission in the United States Army and served four years in the field of Military Intelligence. Upon completion of his military service, Mr. Johnson committed himself to extensive research into the Constitution, law, government, taxation, and banking and subsequently revoked any prior election of any federal status and benefits. After suffering the travesty that is a trial in the American Justice system, Mr. Johnson served another four-year tour of duty for his country in a federal prison for a crime he never committed. He continues to fight the conviction in the federal courts.
