Mr. Kennedy presents workable solutions, supported by our original Constitution, to combat runaway taxation, federal interference, welfare abuse, and other current societal ills. He offers historical evidence to support his conviction that all Americans will benefit, grow, and prosper in an audacious new society that encourages personal accountability, self-determinism, and individual ambition
Any American interested in change can use this grass-roots political method to peacefully and legally overthrow the current liberal/socialist system and replace it with a liberty-based society.

Born in Copiah County, Mississippi, Walter Donald Kennedy grew up with a rich Southern heritage. Frequently partnering with his twin brother, James Ronald Kennedy, he has written several books published by Pelican, including Nullifying Tyranny: Creating Moral Communities in an Immoral Society, The South Was Right!, Why Not Freedom!: America's Revolt Against Big Government, Was Jefferson Davis Right?, and Myths of American Slavery. The Kennedy twins have been interviewed on numerous television and radio programs, including Col. Oliver North's radio show, Bill Maher's Politically Incorrect, BBC programs, and French National TV. Kennedy is married with four children and lives in Simsboro, Louisiana.
