Recognising Faces by Vicki Bruce
Each of us is able to recognise the faces of many hundreds if not thousands of people known to us. In this book, originally published in 1988, the author describes the progress which has been made by psychologists towards understanding these perceptual and cognitive processes, and points to theoretical directions which may prove important in the future.-

Bruce, Vicki: - Vicki Bruce has worked in the library system, as an Outreach and Programming Coordinator, for over 16 years. She self-published, a junior fiction, Spaced Out in 2006. She has written other short stories, poems, and memoirs that have been included in various published literary works. Her passion revolves around Early Literacy and encouraging children to discover great adventures every time they open their favourite book. The manuscript for Goaaalllie was written right after her son Trevor's hockey game fourteen years ago. She plans on writing several junior picture books and hopes that children enjoy the adventures she created for them.
