Red Swarm by Jamie Hutchison

Beneath the waves lurks new deadly predators

On a cold November morning the crew of the Anti-Submarine Frigate HMS Sabre witnesses divers being attacked and devoured by a vast shoal of ferocious fish.

Marine Biologist Mark Yates teams up with the Royal Navy to combat the threat not only to the British Isles but all the world oceans.

The first of Mark Yates high seas adventures.

Jamie served in the Royal Navy specialising in Underwater Warfare. During the 1982 Falklands conflict he was on the Destroyer HMS GLASGOW. Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal in 2002 he retired as a Warrant Officer in 2004. On leaving the Senior Service he took up a second career working with young people who are homeless. Jamie resides in Hampshire England.

Hutchison, Jamie: - After completing a long career in the Royal Navy I started working with the homeless which I still do today. The first Mark Yates book Red Swarm was part of a bucket list with a second book never intended, however as you write a story the characters grow on you and develop into fictional friends which resulted in this second book Black Spawn.
