Red Tides by Dilys Rose
A collection of stories featuring characters who all stand on the edge of things: they look out at escape and possible happiness, or look down at lost chances, dashed hopes and a life gone by. Whether dealing with domestic routine or a brush with an exotic stranger, each story is a personal drama.
Dilys Rose was born in 1954, in Glasgow. She has previosuly published two collections of poetry and one of short stories, Our Lady of the Pickpockets (1989). She lives with her family in Edinburgh.
