Stanley Robertson was born into a family of traditional Travellers, the twelfth of thirteen children. He is an established ballad singer and has sung at a number of major festivals around the world, including the Commonwealth Games Festival in Edmonton and The Smithsonian festival at Washington DC. As a storyteller, he has performed at every major story festival at home and abroad. He is retired and lives in Aberdeen.
