Relate - After The Affair by Julia Cole
Finding out your partner has had an affair can feel like the ultimate betrayal and learning to trust again is difficult. This book takes a look at the reasons why people have affairs and the devastating effects they may have upon the person who has been betrayed. It helps couples understand their feelings and explains why affairs happen.
This excellent organisation can help keep a marriage boat afloat and if this is what both partners want, but it can also work with a couple to bring about a state of mind where a parting can be civilised -- Bel Mooney * Daily Mail *
