Hurll, Brian Michael: - Brian Michael Hurll, was born 3rd December 1939 when the Second World War had just started, and he lived with his Mother, Sister and Grandmother in Bournemouth. Educated at Poole Grammar School, Technical College. He started work as an Engineering apprentice. Married Valerie, and has two adult children Dawn and Richard, and three Grandchildren. Brian started writing seriously in 1997 when Princess Diana died and has not stopped since. He retired in 2016 after 60 years. Several POETRY AWARDS later, Two Books have been published. Brian says that Writing unloads your mind and is good for your soul.
