Lisa Champion MSc (Exercise Science) is an exercise specialist with over twenty years experience in the fitness industry. As well as being one of the directors of the Australian Fitness Network, she runs a small personal training business, and writes articles for fitness and equestrian publications. Anna-Louise Bouvier MAPA is a Sydney-based physiotherapist who has developed an innovative and highly effective movement awareness and exercise programme called Physiocise to help chronic pain sufferers which has expanded its scope to include the training of elite athletes, fitness professionals, other physios and medical professionals. Larissa Chadwick (NCAS Level 1 Coach, Grand Prix Dressage Rider) won many titles at state and national level in Pony Club before riding her first FEI dressage test at the age of 15. She is now a full-time dressage trainer and coach.
