Carucci, Managing Partner at Navalent, is a seasoned consultant with more than twenty-five years of experience working with CEOs and senior executives of organizations ranging from Fortune 50 to start-up in pursuit of transformational change. He has taught at the graduate school level, and is the author of seven other books, including the acclaimed Leadership Divided: What Emerging Leaders need and what you Might be Missing.
