
Chris Ould is a BAFTA-nominated screenwriter who has written for a variety of TV programmes, including The Bill, Soldier Soldier, Casualty, and Hornblower. He is the author of The Blood Strand, the first novel in the Faroes trilogy, which received a starred review from Booklist and was dubbed a winner for fans of Henning Mankell by the publication. He also wrote Road Lines and A Sort of Slumber. He resides in the county of Dorset.
