Dr. Masters holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Science degree in Community Health Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Doctor of Nursing Science degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.'
