Rosa And Galileo by Anne Cottringer
One evening, Rosa sneaks out to visit her friend Livia, Galileo's daughter. He has promised Livia she can look through his magic tube. Rosa is wonder-struck at the sight of the mountains on the Moon and, as she creeps home, she is filled with dreams of one day becoming a scientist like him. Wouldn't it be wonderful to go to the Moon! A vibrant story that brings to life one of Galileo's fantastic discoveries and begins to explore our solar system.
