Celebrity chef and cookery school doyenne Rosemary Shrager has worked with some of the world's top chefs including Pierre Koffmann and Jean-Christophe Novelli. Rosemary's popular TV shows include Royal Upstairs, Downstairs (BBC2), the Alan Titchmarsh Show and This Morning (both ITV1), and Ladette to Lady on ITV and Network 9 (Australia).
