Rob Young has been with The Wire magazine since 1993, serving as editor for five years. He's also the editor of Undercurrents: The Secret Wiring of Contemporary Music and The Wire Primers: A Guide to Modern Music, as well as the author of Rough Trade, Warp, and the critically acclaimed Electric Eden. Uncut, the Guardian, Sight & Sound, Frieze, and Art Review are among the journals to which he has contributed. He and his family reside in Oslo.
