Arnon Bentovim is Honorary Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to the Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital and the Tavistock Clinic. He is also Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Child Health, University College London. Antony Cox is Emeritus Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine, London.
