Ted has a degree in science, a diploma in HRM, and has held positions at Glaxo, Nielsen, Vernalis, the Medical Research Council and Wellcome Trust. He's worked in Europe, USA, Africa and Asia at executive and board level, and is currently chair of the Ideas Foundation (a charity).
