Santa's Suitcase by Kate Lee
Santa is feeling rather blue about the North Pole weather, so Mrs Santa sends him packing... on holiday, that is! But what has Santa packed in his suitcase? From a Mexican sombrero, to a red wetsuit (size extra large!), to a rather fetching hula skirt, Santa is prepared for all sorts of warm-weather adventures. Or is he?
Kate specialises in writing books which young children and adults can share and enjoy together. She balances creative writing with freelance journalism and copywriting. Kate lives in Sussex with her family, Ed Eaves's use of colour and appealing animal characters make his work wonderfully child-friendly. As well as his collaborations with Ian Whybrow on Say Hello to the Snowy Animals!, and Say Goodnight to the Sleepy Animals!, he is also the illustrator of wonderful novelty books including Science Museum: Touch-and-Feel Cars and Science Museum: Touch-and-Feel Planes. Ed lives in Kent with his wife and fellow illustrator Rebecca Finn.
