Forlow, David: - In 1845, Scots in Chicago formed the Illinois St. Andrew Society (ISAS) with a simple mission--relieve the distressed. Still active today, the ISAS is the oldest charity in Illinois. David Forlow is a former ISAS governor and a board member of the History Center of Lake Forest-Lake Bluff. Author Wayne Rethford is the ISAS president emeritus.
