Anna Kendrick was born and reared in Portland, Maine, and made her Broadway debut at the age of twelve in the Tony-nominated musical High Society. Her triple-platinum hit song Cups (When I'm Gone), which was used in the film Pitch Perfect, helped her gain musical stardom in 2013. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
