She also contributes to Stepping Stones, the Little Rock Scripture Study newsletter, as a regular columnist. She has been a nun for fifty years and lives with the Sisters of St. Joseph. In Fort Smith, Arkansas, there is a Benedictine monastery called Scholastica.
