“The appeal of royal families is undeniable.. In this timely and eye-opening volume, the author explores the privileged personal lives, struggles, and accomplishments of those who have served on the throne while also deeply humanizing them in the process. Readers will value the focus on a few lesser-known figures throughout history and gain an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at more familiar and beloved royals.”
Publishers Weekly
