His clients include Airbnb, Google, Adobe, Ford, J.Crew, MoMA, Target, The New Yorker, and The New York Times. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where he now teaches. He has received awards from American Illustration, the Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, Print, the Society of Publication Designers, and the Type Directors Club, among others. In 2013, Timothy co-created a personal project with Jessica Walsh, fortydaysofdating.com, which has received over 10 million unique visitors and has been featured in news outlets around the world. The book 40 Days of Dating: An Experiment was published in January 2015 by Abrams. Timothy's Instagram writing series "Memories of a Girl I Never Knew" was exhibited at the concept store Colette in Paris, France. He lectures frequently about his work. Tim is the author of the successful Sharpie Art Workshop.
