Shattered Dreams is the continuing saga of the Dockerty family. Based on a manuscript left by Viviennes mother, the story tells of a young couples dreams for their future together, only to have them shattered because of the 1930s Depression and conscription into the SecondWorld War.
Now retired and living in Adelaide, Vivienne Dockerty has been writing for the last 20 years. Married for 37 years, she moved to Australia from Merseyside to be closer to her daughter and grandson. Her previous books, published with Matador, are A Woman Undefeated, Dreams can Come True, Ping Pong Poms and Innocence Lost.
