Autumn includes Roasted Pumpkin with Spelt Grain, Leeks and Cobnuts; Hake, Red Pepper, Samphire with Lemon and Olive Oil Sauce and Braised Pheasant, Lentils, Autumn Greens and Rosehip Sauce, showcasing ingredients foraged from beaches and hedgerows and grown or reared on their Nutbourne farm.
