Shenandoah by Hullihen Williams Moore
Hullihen Williams Moore has been visiting Shenandoah National Park since the mid-1960s, but it was after studying with Ansel Adams in 1979 that he began seriously photographing it. This collection documents the quiet beauty of the area, and includes two essays in which Moore discusses it further.Hullihen Williams Moore's photographs, which have appeared in Blue Ridge Magazine and as a set of posters available at Shenandoah National Park, will be the subject of a traveling exhibition organized by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts beginning in the fall of 2003.
