Shining the Light by Light Technology Research

Continuing the story of the Secret Government and alien involvement. Also information about the Photon Belt, cosmic holograms photographed in the sky, a new vortex forming near Sedona, and nefarious mining on sacred Hopi land.

Arthur Fanning was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. He attended the University of Rhode Island, receiving a BS in agriculture. After graduation, he entered the U.S. Marine Corps in the officer candidate program and earned his navy wings at Pensacola Naval Air Station in Florida. In 1968 and 1969 he was a marine helicopter pilot in Vietnam.
Arthur had many experiences as a child, leaving his body and talking with beings in the stars at night. As a medivac pilot in Vietnam, the real nature of these experiences began to reveal themselves as a guiding and guarding force.
In 1986 he had what he calls the big one in his spiritual awakening. An entity appeared over his bed while Arthur was still awake. Arthur's body lifted off the bed, bent in half, straightened out horizontally, and then lay back down, all in less than two seconds. There was no pain involved nor was it frightening. Arthur says, It just happened. It felt like white electricity.
