Sophie's speciality is southern Mediterranean cooking and her recipes are based on broad knowledge and extensive first hand research. Trained by the Roux brothers, Sophie has worked at some of the world's leading restaurants including The River Cafe in the UK and Chez Panisse in San Francisco.
