(Portion Preface of the book) I wrote this book to share my very personal story about healing severe traumas and how I got myself out of severe depression. Because that is where I found every part of myself and every missing piece in me that I have been chasing all my life. Part of me that I never knew existed. I found the meaning of light and darkness in the depth of my severe depression and the meaning of every message that it was trying to tell me. Some messages were very horrifying, and some were very comforting and reassuring. My journey of severe depression took me back to my darkest and most agonizing past - which I was not aware how much they all still existed in me. But healing my internal wounds gave me the meaning of courage and let me experience how it felt to be courageous. Something that I never knew I had in me.
