James Strawbridge is a sustainable living guru, a Cornish chef, and a food entrepreneur. He rose to prominence after appearing on BBC2's It's Not Easy Being Green (2006-2009). He's lately appeared on Channel 4's Escape to the Château as a guest star. James is the founder of The Posh Pasty Company and Strawbridge Kitchen, an inventive product creation firm. He also works with Cornish Sea Salt as the Executive Development Chef. The Artisan Kitchen, a book by James, will be released in September 2020.
