Mark Curnutte is an assistant lecturer of individualized studies and the founding director of the Social Justice Internship Program at Miami University. He holds a B.A. in English and geography from Miami University, where he also completed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Professional Certificate. His research interests include racism in the U.S., Black American history, and relations between Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
