Author Jill Wilkinson has lived in Michigan for the last 40 years and has seen firsthand the effect of the economy on the lives of her family, friends, and neighbors. After earning a bachelor's degree from Albion College and working in the corporate world, she decided to quit her job when she and her husband, Scott, had their two daughters. After almost twenty years as a stay-at-home mom and managing her family's pursuit of their dreams, she felt it was time to take her passion for books to the next level.
