Victor Cohen received his education in yeshivot and obtained his Master of Arts degree in Jewish studies from New York University, where he also did his post-graduate work. He taught in the New Jersey public schools and was an administrator in the field of Jewish education. At present he is an adjunct professor of philosophy at a county college. His grandfather inspired his interest in Chasidut at an early age. He has written and lectured on Chasidut and Kabbalah. He has three married daughters and is a grandfather. Victor Cohen lives with his wife in New Jersey.
