With these delicious and authentic recipes you can recreate the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle: fresh produce, a sense of community and sharing, and a love of food and life. Spanish food is highly regional, so there are dishes here from every area, with a special concentration on Paella, the country's signature dish. Capture the flavours of Spain and let "Spanish Bar and Restaurant Cooking" bring a little sunshine to your table.
Maria Solis Ballinger is a native of Seville in Spain. She travelled extensively throughput Spain before she married her American husband and moved to Memphis, Tennessee. Maria's passion for Spanish cuisine has remained strong and she travels every summer to Spain to visit family and to research dishes to add to her ever-increasing list of recipes. Natalia Solis Ballinger was brought up in Tennessee but grew up with a deep love of her mother's native cuisine and she also returns to Spain every year.
