Andrew Weale is a singer, actor, teacher and authorHe was educated at Trinity College, Oxford where he sang for three years in the Christ Church Cathedral Choir. After graduating, he trained to become an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and has worked as a freelance actor since 1997. Andrew is a member of the City Lit Writing for Children Workshop and presents his own work to children in libraries and schools. His first book, The Newt in the Suit, illustrated by Margaret Chamberlain was published in 2010 by Hachette. The Spooky Spooky House and A Quiet Day in the Jungle are Andrew's first books with RHCB.
