Richard C. (Richard C.) Professor of political science and public administration at North Carolina State University, Kearney (Ph.D., University of Oklahoma) has retired. During his career, he held positions at East Carolina University, the University of Connecticut, and the University of South Carolina, where he taught, conducted research, and served as an administrator. Comparative state politics and policy, labor relations, and human resource management policy are among his research interests. He's written a lot about these and related themes.
