A Steamboat Named Sabino by George King

Sabino is the last coal-fired, steam-powered, wooden passenger steamer in the U.S. Sabino was built in 1908, and is included in the Merchant Vessel List. She is in service today as Mystic Seaport's excursion boat and a working exhibit.

The Joslin Diabetes Center's research director and chief scientific officer is George King, M.D. Dr. King is one of the world's most sought-after lecturers on diabetes and diabetes-related issues, spending about half of the year on the road, speaking at medical conferences, professional associations, and patient groups, including American Diabetes Association meetings and National Institutes of Health workshops. He resides in the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
